En ce 1er avril, en ce jour de blague, Shonen Jump Plus lance une campagne autour du célèbre « Bobobo-bo bo-bobo » de Hiroo Sawai. Pour cette occasion, remise au goût du jour d’une version revisitée datant de 2008 de Death Note par le papa du maitre du Hanaga Shinken (le poing divin du poil de nez) .

Voici le ranking du # 18 2020 du Weekly Shonen Jump. On constatera que Chainsaw Man la bonne performance de Chainsaw Man, en 4^eplace. Pour ce qui est du trio de tête, pas vraiment de surprise. Par contre, petite baisse de régime pour Jujustu Kaisen et Black Clover, mais rien de bien méchant. Pour la dernière place, on retrouve à nouveau Zipman !!. Abonné aux dernières places, la série de devrait plus tarder à prendre fin.

La prochaine Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball repoussée au mois de mai

Report de sortie pour la prochaine loterie Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball HISTORY OF RIVALS. Initialement prévue pour le 28 mars 2020, elle devrait finalement sortir le 9 mai 2020. Une loterie intéressante, car, outre la figurine Yamcha et Broly forme normale DBS (des personnages plutôt rares en figurines), on pourra gagner une toute nouvelle gamme de petites figurines, les « Dragon Archives ».

Here’s the Weekly Shonen Jump’s ranking of #18 2020. We can see the good performance of Chainsaw Man, in 4th place. As for the top trio, no real surprise. On the other hand, a small dip for Jujustu Kaisen and Black Clover, but nothing too bad. For the last place, we once again found Zipman !!. Subscribed to the last places, the series might end.

The next Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball is postponed to May.

Postponement of release for the next Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball HISTORY OF RIVALS lottery. Initially scheduled for March 28, 2020, it should finally be released on May 9, 2020. An interesting lottery, because, in addition to the Yamcha and Broly normal form DBS figurine (rather rare characters in figurines), we will be able to win a brand new range of small figurines, the « Dragon Archives ».

My Hero Academia X Chainsaw Man

In chapter 259, one of the latest released to this day, a cameo from one of the new heroes of the Weekly Shonen Jump went almost unnoticed. It’s Denji’s from Chainsaw Man. A tribute from Kōhei Horikoshi who demonstrates his interest in this actions-gore series which, although published in the same magazine as My Hero Academia, is nonetheless aimed at a young-adult audience.

Netflix is in the house!

Ghost in the shell: SAC 2045 finally has a release date for the streaming platform : April 23rd, 2020. And in order to keep the fans happy, Netflix has also released a trailer. And we hope the series won’t be the disaster it seems to be. 

But that’s not all, Netflix also announced the date for Baki’s season 2. Entitled Baki: Dai Raitaisai-hen, it will cover the arc of the Great Chinese Challenge. See you on June 4, 2020.

The end is the begining of…

Chapter 346 of Nanatsu no Taizai (The Seven Deadly Sins) by Nakaba Suzuki was the last of the series… At least, that’s what we thought, because a sequel is already planned with the title Mokushiroku no Yon -kishi. Translation: The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse!  

Many fans found that the end of Nanatsu no Taizai, stretched out in length. Let’s hope this sequel will bring freshness with a new story and, why not, new protagonists. 

Still with the Seven Deadly Sins, a first trailer for the 4th season of the anime: Nanatsu no Taizai: Fundo no Shinpan. It is scheduled for October 2020. 

A first teaser for Tite Kubo’s witches

Last week’s announcement of the serialization and animated film adaptation of Tite Kubo’s One Shot, Burn the Witch, gave way to a first teaser. This new adventure is set in the UK, located in the same world as Bleach’s.  (v eng : https://jaiminisbox.com/reader/read/burn-the-witch/en/0/0/page/1) 

Kimetsu no Yaiba on PS4

The manga, which since its animated adaptation beats all records, will be getting its video game version only on PS4. The Japanese studio CyberConnect2 (Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot) is in charge of the project and offers us a first trailer of the game scheduled for 2021.

My Hero Academia X Chainsaw Man

Dans le chapitre 259, l’un des deniers sortis en date, un cameo d’un des nouveaux héros du Weekly Shonen Jump est passé presque inaperçu. C’est celui de Denji de Chainsaw Man. Un clin d’œil de la part de Kōhei Horikoshi qui nous démontre son intérêt pour cette série d’actions-gore qui bien que publié dans le même magazine que My Hero Academia, n’en reste pas moins destiné à un public de jeune-adulte. 

Netflix is in the house !

Ghost in the shell : SAC 2045 a enfin une date de sortie sur la plateforme de streaming, le 23 avril 2020. Et pour ne pas laisser les fans sur leurs faims, Netflix a aussi lâché une bande-annonce. En espérant que la série ne sera pas la catastrophe annoncée. 

Mais ce n’est pas tout, Netflix a aussi annoncé la date pour la saison 2 de Baki. Intitulé Baki : Dai Raitaisai-hen, elle abordera l’arc du Great Chinese Challenge. Rendez-vous le 4 juin 2020.

 

The end is the begining of…

Le chapitre 346 de Nanatsu no Taizai (The Seven Deadly Sins) de Nakaba Suzuki était le dernier de la série… Enfin du moins, c’est ce que l’on croyait, car une suite est déjà prévue avec, comme titre, Mokushiroku no Yon -kishi. Traduction : Les Quatre Cavaliers de l’apocalypse !  

Nombre de fans ont trouvé que la fin de Nanatsu no Taizai, s’étirait en longueur. Espérons que cette suite apportera de la fraicheur avec une nouvelle histoire et, pourquoi pas, de nouveaux protagonistes. 

Toujours chez les Seven Deadly Sins, un premier trailer pour la 4^esaison de l’anime : Nanatsu no Taizai : Fundo no Shinpan. Elle est prévue pour octobre 2020.

 

Un premier teaser pour les sorcières de Tite Kubo

L’annonce, la semaine dernière, de la sérialisation et de l’adaptation en film animé du One Shot de Tite Kubo, Burn the Witch, laisse place à un premier teaser. Précisons que cette nouvelle aventure a pour cadre un Royaume-Uni qui se situe dans le même monde que celui de Bleach. Kimetsu no Yaiba sur PS4

Le manga, qui depuis son adaptation animée bat tous les records, va avoir droit à sa version jeux vidéo exclusive à la PS4. C’est le studio japonais CyberConnect2 (Dragon Ball Z : Kakarot) qui s’occupe du projet et qui nous offre un premier trailer du jeu prévu pour 2021.

L’actualité est chargée pour le papa de Ichigo. L’arc de Bleach « A thousand years blood war » va avoir droit à une adaptation animée et une nouvelle, mini, série va arriver cet été dans le Jump. C’est la reprise d’un Oneshot de 2018 : « Burn the Witch » et elle aura aussi droit à son adaptation animée par Studio Colorido (réalisateur : Tatsuro Kawano).

La couverture du prochain tome à sortir au Japon de One Piece est on ne peut plus mythique. Que des légendes dessus, à commencer par Oden, Roger et Barbe Blanche, mais aussi Reyleigh, Shanks et Buggy (enfants), Marco, Jawsu et le futur Barbe Noir.

Comme nous vous l’indiquions dans le News of the day 18/03/2020, Samurai 8 était en danger d’annulation à cause de ses mauvais classements. Le couperet est tombé et c’est le dessinateur lui-même, Okubo, qui a annoncé la nouvelle dans les colonnes du Jump :

« Merci d’être resté avec nous jusqu’à présent. Ce fut un voyage heureux. À un de ces jours. »

Le dernier chapitre de la série sera publié dans le prochain numéro à sortir, savoir le Weekly Shonen Jump #17 2020.

Le manga de Nakaba Suzuki, Nanatsu no Taizai va se finir. Cela a été confirmé par le Weekly Shonen Magazine (dans lequel la série est prépubliée). Elle se finira au chapitre 346 qui devrait paraitre dans le prochain numéro du magazine le 25 mars 2020.

The Bleach « A Thousand-Years Blood War arc » in anime

There’ s a lot of news for Ichigo’s dad. Bleach’s « A thousand years blood war arc » will have an animated adaptation and a new, mini, series will arrive this summer in the Jump. It’s the revival of a 2018 Oneshot: « Burn the Witch » and it will also have its anime adaptation by Studio Colorido (director: Tatsuro Kawano).

One Piece Tome 96

The cover of the next One Piece volume to be released in Japan will be mythical. Only legends on it, starting with Oden, Roger and White Beard, but also Reyleigh, Shanks and Buggy (children), Marco, Jawsu and the future Blackbeard.

The end of Samurai 8

As we told you in the News of the day 18/03/2020, Samurai 8 was in danger of cancellation because of its bad rankings. The axe fell and it was the artist himself, Okubo, who announced the news in the columns of the Jump :

« Thank you for sticking with us until now. It has been a happy ride. See you someday.  »

The last chapter of the series will be published in the next issue to be released, the Weekly Shonen Jump #17 2020. 

End of the Deadly Sins

Nakaba Suzuki’s manga, Nanatsu no Taizai will end. This has been confirmed by the Weekly Shonen Magazine (in which the series is pre-published). It will end with chapter 346 which should be released in the next issue of the magazine on March 25, 2020.

Pour ce seizième numéro de 2020, c’est Haikyu !! qui est en couverture pour fêter les 8 ans de la série. Comme d’habitude, les piliers du magazine trustent les premières places (1. One Piece, 2. Kimetsu no Yaiba, 3. My Hero Academia, 4. The Promised Neverland, 5. Dr. Stone). Petit coup bas pour Jujutsu Kaisen et sa 9^eplace. De leurs côtés, Zipman !! et Samurai 8 restent abonnés aux dernières places. Si le shonen sur les samouraïs de l’espace a encore la protection « Masashi Kishimoto » (même si cela ne devrait plus durer), pour ce qui est de la série d’actions/robots, les augures ne sont pas les mêmes. Ce qui est dommage pour le manga de Yusaka Shibata qui, malgré ses qualités, ne semble pas plaire au lectorat nippon. À voir dans les semaines qui viennent si la décision d’arrêter ces deux titres va être prise.

Due to the coronavirus, schools in Japan are closed. To help these young people not to see time pass (and also to promote their magazines), the two big publishing houses, Shueisha and Shogakukan, have made digital versions of manga and magazines available to them for free until 31 March.

For this sixteenth issue of 2020, it’s Haikyu !! which is on the cover to celebrate the 8 years of the series. As usual, the pillars of the magazine trust the first places (1. One Piece, 2. Kimetsu no Yaiba, 3. My Hero Academia, 4. The Promised Neverland, 5. Dr. Stone). A minor setback for Jujutsu Kaisen and his 9th place. Zipman !! and Samurai 8 remain in the last places. If the shonen about the space samurai still has the « Masashi Kishimoto » protection (even if it shouldn’t last anymore), as far as the action/robots series is concerned, the omens are not the same. This is a pity for the manga by Yusaka Shibata, which, despite its qualities, does not seem to please the Japanese readership. To see in the coming weeks if the decision to stop these two titles will be taken.

Les Mugiwaras font de la prévention

Au Japon, la prévention est affaire de tous. Et nos amis de chez « One Piece Passion » nous le prouvent en partageant une vidéo de prévention pour les enfants où ce sont les membres des Mugiwaras qui prodiguent les précieux conseils à suivre en cette période de pandémie.

La marque de sport italienne, en collaboration avec One Piece, va lancer une collection capsule « Kappa X One Piece ». S’inspirant du manga, la marque proposera des hoodies et des t-shirt où des personnages populaires de la série, tels que Luffy, sont assis dos à dos comme l’icône de la marque. Petit plus, les étiquettes des vêtements sont des marque-pages. « Kappa X One Piece » disponible à partir du 19 mars 2020 dans les stores Kappa et dans les One Piece Store du Japon, ainsi que sur leur store online.

Le retour de Toga ! 

La figurine de Himiko Toga, la psychopathe amatrice de sang de la Ligue des Vilains dans My Hero Academia, va être rééditer pour septembre 2020 prochain par BellFine et Takara Tomy. La statuette de 21 cm, en PVC, représente la jeune fille en pleine action. 

Les précommandes sont ouvertes. 

Crusaders are back ! 

Sortie de deux nouvelles figurines Jojo’s Bizarre Adventurepour la fin d’année dans la gamme Jojo’sBizarre Adventure figurine Super Action Chozokado chez Medicos Entertainment. Les fans de la partie 3 : Stardust Crusaders seront content (assurément que les autres aussi), car il s’agit du personnage de Noriaki Kakyoin et de son stand Hierophant Green.Mesurant 15 cm, leur sortie est annoncée pour le mois d’octobre 2020, les précommandes sont dés à présent possible.

The Mugiwaras are doing prevention

In Japan, prevention is everyone’s business. And our friends at « One Piece Passion » prove it to us by sharing a prevention video for children in which members of the Mugiwaras give precious advices to follow in this time of pandemic.

« Kappa-pa-pa »

The Italian sports brand, in collaboration with One Piece, will launch a capsule collection « Kappa X One Piece ». Inspired by the manga, the brand will offer hoodies and t-shirts where popular characters from the series, such as Luffy, sit back to back as the brand’s icon. As a little extra, the labels of the clothes are bookmarks. « Kappa X One Piece » will be available for purchase on March 19, 2020 in Kappa stores and One Piece stores in Japan, as well as on their online store.

Toga’s back! 

The figurine of Himiko Toga, the bloodthirsty psychopath of the League of Villains in My Hero Academia, will be re-released for September 2020 by BellFine and Takara Tomy. The 8.2 inches PVC statuette represents the girl in action. Pre-orders are open.

Crusaders are back! 

Release of two new Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure action figures for the end of the year in the Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Super Action Chozokado action figure series from Medicos Entertainment.  Fans of Part 3: Stardust Crusader will be happy (certainly the others will be too), as it’s the character of Noriaki Kakyoin and his stand Hierophant Green. Measuring 5.9 inches, their release is announced for October 2020, pre-orders are now possible.
